2.2 Copyright and Trademark Violations

Intellectual property should be respected at all times. Content creators are prohibited from publishing and distributing content that violates trademark and/or copyright protections. You must at all times receive prior permission from the trademark or copyright owner.

Content that would violate this standard would include, but is not limited to:

  • Publishing protected content that has been copyrighted or trademarked without crediting the the owner and/or implying that the content is original 

  • Publishing protected content that has been copyrighted or trademarked without receiving permission from the owner to share the content

  • Utilizing a trademark in your published content without approval that misleads others into believing you are affiliated with the trademark
