Hate speech is the use of inflammatory language directed against a specific protected group(s) for the purposes of, but not limited to: intimidation, harassment, causing fear, or inciting violence. Hate speech, or the promotion of hate speech, is not tolerated on the platform.

Content that would violate this standard would include, but is not limited to:

• Discrimination or prejudice against protected groups, including sex, sexual orientation, race, age, disability and severe disease, color, creed, gender and gender identity, national origin, religion, military service, or genetic information

• Inciting fear, stereotypes, misinformation, or harassment against an individual who is classified as within a protected group 

• Non-consensual slurs, racist/sexist/homophobic remarks, derogatory language, and any other unsolicited offensive language projected at a member of a protected group 

• Hateful media and graphics or symbols, such as imaging associated with hate groups or imaging that dehumanizes others
