Reporting Content
Efforts to Reduce Reporting
Images and text uploaded to nenos are checked automatically, prior to upload, for content that violates our Community Standards and our Terms of Service. Sometimes though, content that you find objectionable and / or that violates our Terms or Standards may slip through and get uploaded anyway. In these cases, you can report content to human moderators.
Why You Should Report Content
nenos is a platform built to foster positive interactions in a safe and meaningful way. We encourage you to report content that you believe violates our Terms of Service or our Community Standards. If the content you are reporting goes beyond violations of either our Terms or Standards, or you believe that yourself or others are in immediate danger, immediately call 911 for emergency services.
As a general rule of thumb, if you feel like something is wrong, it probably is. It doesn’t hurt to report it.
How to Report Content
In the upper trailing corner of every post you’ll see three dots inside of a circle (“…”).
Tap on the dots and then tap “Report”.
Once you tap Report, you’ll be asked for additional details, including a reason for your report.
Select the option that best fits your reason for reporting.
Submit the report.
What Happens After a Report?
Once you report content, a member of our team will be notified and will investigate the report to understand if the content violates our Terms or Standards. If it does, we will take appropriate action (in accordance with our Terms of Service) in proportion to the violation and in consideration of any past violations from the same person. If the reviewing member of our team deems it necessary, you may receive a push notification updating you on the status of your report.
