Bugs, Glitches & Security

While you are not obligated to report security gaps, glitches, or bugs, it is a violation of this policy to exploit them for personal, commercial, or malicious use. You may not use or exploit any security gap, glitch, or bug to intentionally access others’ private information or affect our services. Additionally, it is a violation of this policy to share, inform, or distribute knowledge of a security gap, glitch, or bug to others outside of reporting them to support@nenos.one. 

 

While we work hard to make sure your experience on the platform is as smooth as possible, we understand that you may experience technological difficulties while engaging with our services. We encourage you to notify us of any bugs or security concerns you may have. 

We define a “bug” or “glitch” as any feature, service, or tool on the nenos platform that does not work properly. This includes direct messaging, posting and engaging with content, location identification, following others, and being able to report content.  

If you believe you have experienced a bug or glitch with our services, please contact support@nenos.one with the following information: 

  • Include “Bug Report” in the subject line

  • Your username

  • The date and time that you experienced the issue

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A screenshot (if possible) showing the issue

You may also report any official typos, grammatical errors, or mistranslations that you view on the platform, either embedded in the services or in corporate or social communications, by emailing support@nenos.one with the following information:

  • Include “Content Report” in the subject line

  • The location of the typo, grammatical error, or mistranslation 

  • Current language used

  • Suggested correction 

Please do not report typos, grammatical errors, or mistranslations that you observe provided by other content creators or sponsored content. Please do not report any violations of our community standards, which can be viewed here. If you believe content has violated a standard, please use the in-app “Report” feature to notify our enforcement team. 

Finally, it is critical that our service infrastructure is secure to prevent malicious attacks that aim to steal the data of our content creators. If you experience a security gap while browsing or creating on our services, such as being able to access content that you shouldn’t have access to, you can report this by emailing support@nenos.one with the following information: 

  • Include “Security” in the subject line

  • Your username

  • The data and time that you experienced the security issue

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A screenshot (if possible) showing the issue 

Only report one (1) glitch, bug, security gap, or typo per email. We cannot guarantee we will respond to every email received. We may follow-up with bug/glitch/security gap reports to collect additional information to assist in resolving issues, but this will be acted on a case-by-case basis.


Information for Security Researchers

If you are a security researcher and think you have found an exploit or vulnerability in our service please reach out to us at support@nenos.one with the following information:

  • Include “Vulnerability” in the subject line

  • Your preferred method of contact

  • A brief description of the vulnerability

We take reports of security vulnerabilities and exploits seriously and will follow up with you as quickly as possible.
